In the spirit of bringing more cute than scary into Halloween and because food toys are the best, I decided to try my hand at making a simple fleece candy corn dog toy for Hoku. I’ve made plushies in the past, but there’s so much more to consider when making one for a dog. For durability and safety, I doubled up the outer layer with an old towel and used very minimal polyester stuffing. I bought the squeakers from Amazon.
